After months of little visible activity, work now appears to be underway at the future site of Beechwood Manor, a new housing development planned for Birdham, Chichester.

Located on Main Road, the development is being delivered by Redrow and will bring a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes to the village. The site sits between Chichester and the Witterings, placing future residents within easy reach of the harbour, local beaches and the city centre.

While the development is currently listed as "coming soon", recent activity on site suggests progress is now being made towards construction.
