A three-day celebration of food, culture and community is coming to Chichester this August as Thyme & Chillies hosts its Indian Independence Day Garden Festival.

Taking place on 14th, 15th and 16th August from 1pm to 8pm, the festival promises an authentic taste of India with live cooking demonstrations, traditional dishes and a vibrant atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy.

Visitors will be able to watch chefs prepare fresh dosas, savour smoky tandoori favourites cooked in a traditional clay oven and explore a menu packed with flavours inspired by India's rich culinary heritage.
